NTPC & 247Solar Partner to Unlock 24/7 Clean Energy in Rajasthan

NTPC is advancing 24/7 clean energy integration through a landmark 25-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with US-based 247Solar. Set for Rajasthan’s Bhadla Solar Park, this project marks the global commercial debut of 247Solar's advanced thermal technology. The approximately 1 MW hybrid plant pairs a 400 kW modular solar thermal system with standard solar PV to deliver reliable, round-the-clock power. Leveraging Bhadla’s prime solar ecosystem, the initiative serves as a vital pilot for scaling thermal integration and accelerating the transition beyond coal.
